Day 1


Started off this morning with about 16 oz juice (apple, spinach, carrots, & orange).  Tasted great!  It's naturally sweet from the fruits and carrots.  Hardly tasted the spinach at all.  Very easy to drink.

As long as I don't think about eating wings, I think I can do this.  Wings.  Hmmm...

I'm not following a recipe, but from what I've read (blogs, websites, and books) this is a good way to get started.  I don't want to get into the hardcore "green" juices (primarily consisting of leafy greens) until I'm sort of into juicing first.

Thoughts:
  1. Start with fruits
  2. Peel oranges before juicing them!
  3. Carrots can be a "sweetener" as well
