Starting Week #2
One week = 10 lbs.
While I know the pounds aren't going to come off as fast in the coming weeks, I feel great.
Juice for lunch: Apple, Orange, Carrot (my favorite thus far)
Thoughts:
- Try to incorporate some exercise into my routine.
- Don't give up! 7 days down, 23 more to go.
- Down 10 lbs, about 20 more to go!
