Back on the juicing train. After that horrendous ginger fiasco, I went back to an old favorite: Orange, Apple, & Carrot. On a side not, I am down 10 lbs. So that feels good.
Thoughts:
- Start off with a sweeter juice in the morning.
- Don't give up. Already down 10 lbs. 20 lbs. more to go...
- These veggies work well with apples: spinach & carrots.
