Back on the bus. Had an Apple, Carrot, and Spinach juice. I feel like I'm getting a hang of what I think will taste good. I'm still not over Gingergate, so I think I'll stay away from that and cucumbers. Tried watermelon and blueberries last night. Not bad. Peeling the blueberries was time consuming. Just kidding. Not sure why I wrote that. Be sure to peel the rind from the watermelon though. Seriously.
Thoughts:
- Stay focused.
- Be long-term oriented, this is a lifestyle change, not a quick fad or diet.
- Up to 16 push ups this morning!
